Dulce Ramirez began her career in IT in the late 90s as an intern at Hewlett-Packard, where she spent the first seven years of her professional journey building a strong technical foundation. She later transitioned into the VoIP industry, joining the original Dialpad in 2003. Where she first connected with CEO Craig Walker. Over the years, Dulce followed Craig through roles at Yahoo and Google before returning to Dialpad, bringing with her deep institutional knowledge and a passion for customer advocacy.
With over 20 years of experience in technical support and customer care, Dulce understands that exceptional customer experiences are built on both strong technology and empowered people. She is deeply committed to keeping customers satisfied while fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment where every team member’s contributions drive shared success.
